GOOD HAIR FOR EVERYBODY
GOOD HAIR FOR EVERYBODY
- Jeffrey Allen
Wearing many wigs over his 17 years in the industry, Jeffrey defines himself as a hair wizard who does everything. As a lover of all colors, textures and types, all aspects of creative hair design from classic to modern spark joy in his heart. Most days you can find him rooted in his Northern California salon, but his consistent desire to grow as a professional in all aspects of the industry and diversify his skill set has taken him to many pockets of the beauty realm across the globe.
With a strong focus on education, Jeffrey has been on both sides of the stage and screen throughout his tenure. After graduating from The San Francisco Institute of Esthetics and Cosmetology and further training at Toni and Guy in London, he has gone on to work in education and large scale show work. With his strong belief in the beauty community as a whole and the strength in our collective knowledge together, he continues to teach both professionals and clients alike.
After many years of planted in San Francisco, Jeffrey expanded his business to a second location in Los Angeles and started branching out into other creative avenues. As someone who thrives when working with a team of professionals in any creative environment, he began competing in hair and makeup competitions until it grew to include winning shows on TLC and The CW. After his success and the relationships built, he went on to become the beauty director for "The Look All Stars" on The CW working on host McKenzie Westmore and "Global Beauty Masters" on TLC working on host Krista White among others. With runway work ranging from Kate Spade to Ed Hardy, Jeffrey's hair and makeup artistry has been featured in several publications including Cosmopolitan, V magazine and Modern Salon, with his commercial work being featured in Target stores nationwide.
